Since 1984, Mr Build Co. has helped homeowners remodel, add on and build new across Los Angeles and Orange County. We handle kitchens and bathrooms, whole-home remodels, ADUs and room additions, demolition and rebuilds, and custom homes.
A good project is more than materials and craftsmanship. It also needs clear communication, a realistic schedule and a written scope everyone agrees on before work starts. Every client gets a dedicated project manager and regular updates. We also handle the city permits and inspections, so you don't have to chase them.

Both. We're a design-build contractor, so plans, structural engineering, Title 24 energy calculations, permit submittal and plan-check corrections are part of our scope. You work with one team from the first site visit through the final inspection instead of coordinating an architect and a builder separately.
It depends mostly on scope: whether walls, plumbing or structure move, the size of the space, and the finishes you choose. Permit requirements and the age of the house also matter. After an on-site consultation we give you a detailed written scope with line-item pricing, so you can see where the money goes before deciding.
